Here is am going to tell you, how to use abort_if() function in laravel controllers:
Normally we do abort check in controller:
public function index() { if (! Auth::user()->isAdmin()) { abort(403, 'Sorry, you are not an admin'); } }
But now, with abort_if(), you can do in your controller:
public function index() { abort_if(! Auth::user()->isAdmin(), 403, 'Sorry, you are not an admin'); }
